If you enjoy being off the beaten path, but  only a hop skip and jump from the city, then Anaheim Hills is the place for you. With its gorgeous homes and estates nestled along the Santa Ana Canyon's southeastern slope, Anaheim Hills is a touch of luxury not to be missed.  We love our year round views, especially in the winter, peering out at the snow covered mountains, a home in Anaheim Hills is better than you couldve imagined.  Nestled in the hills, Anaheim Hills is a relatively new community of single-family homes and estates, with plenty of swimming pools and spas for evening relaxing or weekend get-togethers.  Anaheim Hills is its own unique neighborhood, within the fabulous city of Anaheim with an added dash of privilege.  Many of the homes here are secluded, and we enjoy safe gated communities and quiet streets, something people here appreciate. We also enjoy all the advantages of Anaheim, such as excellent schools, great entertainment and a healthy business environment. In Anaheim Hills the weather is unrivaled and the lifestyle superb.  Like bees to honey its not surprising why people continue to flock to the affluent neighborhoods of Anaheim Hills.  In fact its quite simple.

 In Anaheim Hills, it has always been important to preserve the natural environment of this one time ranch as much as possible.  This is something we are thankful for everyday.  Long standing groves of sycamore, oak, eucalyptus and other indigenous trees still remain. Nearly 1,000 acres of land has already been dedicated to public agencies to ensure that we can continue to enjoy such natural beauty.  We like to be outside here, and with weather like this, its that much easier. Anaheim Hills offers the residents a wide variety of recreational opportunities including a golf club, a tennis club, a saddle club, riding and hiking trails, and a variety of parks including the Oak Canyon Nature Center, a 58-acre natural park nestled in the Anaheim Hills.  The Nature Center is ideal for those who are just stepping into the wilderness for the first time or for those more experienced trekkers who are seeking a short hike.  Its one of my favorite places with a stream that meanders through the park and four miles of hiking trails that traverse one of the few remaining areas of oak woodland and coastal sage scrub in our region.  Native wildlife makes the canyon their home and is just waiting to be discovered. 

In Anaheim Hills you are never far from first-class entertainment, or great family events.  Anaheim is home to Disneyland, most commonly known as the "Happiest Place on Earth", The Mighty Ducks hockey team, and the Anaheim Angels baseball team.  We also enjoy great musical venues like the House of Blues, the Arrowhead Pond, and The Grove of Anaheim.  Come to Downtown Anaheim to enjoy the excellent Farmer's Market, go dancing under the stars, or try skating at one of two rinks at Disney Ice. The Downtown Anaheim Association is host to national events such as the finish line of The Great Race Across America.  For an evening of theater, The Chance Theater puts on bold and stunning theatrical productions in a unique and intimate setting and has earned much critical acclaim. They are always a strong bet for good community theater. A town favorite is Anaheim Hills Fourth of July Festival and Parade which includes a parade, 5K/10K run/walk, pancake breakfast, dog show, food and game booths and entertainment capped by a fireworks show that lights up the sky above the canyons.  Anaheim offers great opportunites for hanging out with the kids, meeting people in the community and having fun all at the same time.

There isnt a better place to start a lifetime of learning than   in the great schools of Anaheim Hills.  The public and private schools serving the city of Anaheim and Anaheim Hills provide a quality education by setting high standards for all students, expecting them to do their best in school work and to conduct themselves as responsible citizens.  I like that all areas of learning are emphasized. Students have the opportunity to achieve in academic, career, athletic, music, and after-school activities.
